Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and AKB Strategies LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we," "us"), for your use of the Reptihome app. By downloading or using Reptihome, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who can use Reptihome

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.

2. Subscription, free trial and billing

  • Reptihome requires a subscription. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial, followed by $4.99 per month (or the local equivalent shown in the store).

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when the free trial ends.

  • Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.

  • We may change the price in the future. Apple or Google will notify you as required, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

3. Educational content, not veterinary advice

Reptihome provides general educational information about bearded dragon care, including the Husbandry Auditor, care cards, feeding plans and reminders. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace an examination by a qualified reptile veterinarian. Every animal is different. If your dragon is sick, injured or behaving unusually, contact a reptile veterinarian. You are responsible for your animal's care.

4. Product recommendations and outside websites

Reptihome recommends equipment and links to outside retailers and directories. We do not sell these products, and purchases are between you and the retailer. We are not responsible for outside websites, their products, prices, shipping or practices. Where a link is an affiliate link, we may earn a commission, and the app will say so.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the app or its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Ownership

Reptihome, including its design, text, graphics and software, belongs to AKB Strategies LLC. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

7. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in Reptihome.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Reptihome is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its content is complete or suited to your animal.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AKB Strategies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any harm to animals, arising from your use of Reptihome or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Reptihome in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post the new version with a new effective date. Continuing to use Reptihome after a change means you accept it. We may suspend access if you break these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

12. Apple App Store users

If you downloaded Reptihome from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and AKB Strategies LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
